Eligibility for an unused subscription
This policy applies to initial subscription payments and renewals. We review usage for the billing period covered by the payment you want refunded, across all members of your workspace. The period must have no use of paid features and no consumption of subscription Credits. Signing in, viewing billing pages, or cancelling your subscription does not by itself count as paid use. Free-trial activity before that paid period does not by itself make the paid period ineligible.
How usage is checked
We check the workspace’s feature activity, generation records, and Credits ledger. Starting a paid generation or other paid processing task counts as use even if you do not download the result. A failed task that delivers no usable result and whose Credits are fully restored does not by itself disqualify you. Stop using paid features while your request is being reviewed so we can confirm eligibility.
Refund amount, fees, and taxes
For an eligible unused period, we refund the subscription fee actually paid for that period, after any discounts. Product Visual does not charge an additional refund handling fee. Paddle processes the payment and handles VAT, GST, sales tax, and any tax adjustment required by applicable law. We do not retain a fixed percentage as a tax deduction. The final refund and tax breakdown will be shown in Paddle’s refund confirmation or credit note.
How to request a refund
Use Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net or the support link in your Paddle receipt. Provide the email used for the purchase, the transaction or receipt reference, the subscription payment you want refunded, and a note that the paid period is unused. Do not send your password or full payment-card details. We may need to verify workspace usage with Paddle before the request is completed.
Cancellation and access
Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancel renewal through your billing page or Paddle’s customer portal to prevent future charges. When a subscription payment is refunded, the paid access and unused subscription Credits covered by that payment will be withdrawn. Cancellation alone does not automatically issue a refund.
Processing and other purchases
Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Review and bank processing times vary; a request is not an instant refund. This unused-subscription offer does not promise a proportional refund for a partly used period or cover separately purchased Credit packs. Billing errors, duplicate charges, service failures, and other refund requests can still be raised with Paddle for review.
Your statutory rights
This policy provides an additional unused-subscription refund offer. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, withdrawal rights, or other remedies available under applicable law. Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy also apply to payments processed by Paddle.
